1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phfhun.cam ("phfhun", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the phfhun website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or placing any wager through phfhun, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and refrain from creating an account or placing any wagers. Your continued use of the Service following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or prominent notice on the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Service is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and is operated in accordance with Philippine law. Users accessing the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to users from certain jurisdictions at our discretion. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.3 Account Ownership and Responsibility

Each user may maintain only one (1) account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened using false information are strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

2.4 Account Verification

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents, proof of address, payment method verification, and any other documentation deemed necessary to verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your account using the payment methods made available through the Service, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer, and other e-wallet services. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise specified in these Terms. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your account are lawfully obtained and that you have the legal right to use the payment methods you select. We reserve the right to refuse, reverse, or return any deposit at our sole discretion.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our published withdrawal policies and timeframes. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name, and we will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified on the Service. We reserve the right to charge administrative fees for certain withdrawal methods or for withdrawals below specified thresholds. All winnings derived from promotional bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements of those promotions.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the Service are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, conversion will be performed at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated conversion fees will be your responsibility. We are not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or any financial loss resulting from currency conversion.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. We reserve the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of up to ₱500 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. You will be notified via email before any dormancy fees are applied. Accounts with zero balance may be closed after twelve (12) months of inactivity.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Responsible Gaming

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risk and that losses are possible. You agree to gamble responsibly and only with funds you can afford to lose. We provide responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options, and we encourage you to use these tools to maintain control over your gambling activity. If you believe you have a gambling problem, we urge you to seek professional help immediately.

4.2 Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the Service utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. All wagers are final once confirmed, and we do not accept disputes regarding game outcomes that result from normal game functionality. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected wagers and payouts will be voided, and affected stakes will be refunded.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers
• Money laundering or using the Service to transfer funds between parties
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity of any kind
• Chargebacks or reversing deposits without legitimate cause
• Using the Service while located in a prohibited jurisdiction

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

4.4 Maximum Payouts and Bet Limits

We reserve the right to establish maximum payout limits and bet limits for all games and wagers. These limits are published on the Service and may be adjusted at our discretion. Wagers exceeding published limits may be voided. In the event of exceptionally large wins, we reserve the right to pay out winnings in installments over time as specified in our payout policies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer bonuses, promotions, tournaments, and other incentives (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the Promotion. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that Promotion in addition to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while playing with bonus funds, and expiration dates will be clearly stated in the Promotion terms. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim Promotions, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of fraudulent activity, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and possible account termination.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Service at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any specific game or Promotion rules
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 4.3
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward staff or other users
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or improper activity
• Request from regulatory or law enforcement authorities

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We will attempt to return any remaining genuine balance to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable fees or amounts owed to us, provided you are not in breach of these Terms. Winnings obtained through prohibited activities or breach of Terms will be forfeited. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection and arrangement, are owned by phfhun, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of the Service or any content therein may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in criminal or civil penalties.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PHFHUN, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE. OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DEPOSITS YOU HAVE MADE TO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless phfhun, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you provide to us
• Your breach of any representation or warranty contained in these Terms

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or Promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and phfhun regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its intent. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder at any time without restriction and without notice to you.
